No, our cakes are not halal certified. However, we generally do not use gelatin/pork/lard/alcohol in our cakes - unless stated otherwise for specified items like Maple Bacon Cinnamon Teacakes.

Unforutately all our standard cakes contain sugar, gluten(flour) and some form of dairy (eggs/milk). 

We have a special baby friendly cake that does not contain artificial sugar

Some cake flavours/decorations contain nuts. You may check with us by sending us an email/enquiry and we will advise accordingly if it can be omitted. 

We specialise in buttercream cakes in design styles like our signature cakes and will try our best to accommodate design requests to the best of our abilities. We do not do:

- odd-shaped / half shaped cakes
- fully covered fondant cakes
- money pulling cakes

We try our upmost best to match the design and colours to be as close as possible. 

However, as each cake is done by different artist, some design might have a slight variation. 

In regards to floral cakes, the colour tone of our fresh flowers might deviate dependant on the availability and seasonality of the flowers that we can find at the point of your cake order collection/delivery

Flowers, dried flowers and foliages should be removed prior to consumption. 

Paper cut-outs are not edible and should be removed prior to consumtion, unless stated otherwise such as edible sugar paper sheets.

Our cakes can be displayed in room temperature ideally for ~1hours and up to ~3hours in air-conditioned environment. We do not recommend to display them directly under the sun or in warm and humid areas. 

Our butter-base cakes are best consumed at room temperature. If refrigerated, thaw at room temperature for at least 30-60mins prior to consumtion. We do not recommend consuming straight from the fridge. Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container and consumed within 3 days.

Specific Time Delivery

• Delivery charge: $25.00 for 1 Tier cakes
• Delivery charge: $35.00 for 2 Tier & 3 Tier cakes
• Additional charge of $10.00 to Sentosa/Gardens By The Bay/ Tuas/Marina Bay Sands 
• Additional charge of $5.00 to selected CBD addresses
• Delivery time is available between 10am - 7pm with 1 hour delivery windows (i.e. 10am - 11am)

Open Time Delivery

• Delivery charge: $15.00 
• Additional charge of $10.00 to Sentosa/Gardens By The Bay/ Tuas
• Additional charge of $15.00 to Marina Bay Sands
• Additional charge of $5.00 to selected CBD addresses
• Delivery slot is either between (10:00AM - 03:00PM) or (03:00PM - 07:00PM) 
• NOT applicable for Signature/Customised cakes as they require specific time delivery to ensure stability of cake.
• We are unable to advise or guarantee arrival by a specific time as this is subjected to our delivery schedule.

Important to Note

• We do not deliver to Jurong Island or any other off-shore islands.

Self collection will be at our store located at 504 MacPherson Road, Singapore 368205. We are located by the main road in a shop house. 504 is the unit number. 

Collection is available daily between 10:00AM - 06:00PM.

Yes. The person collecting will have to provide the order number, name and contact number of the ordering person upon collection.

He/she will also have to verify and make sure the order is correct. Once the items have been collected, we will not be liable for any damages during the delivery process. 

We strongly advise against engaging an third party delivery for customised cakes as it requires extra care and attention while driving.

We would suggest that you arrange your time to ensure that someone is able to receive the orders as no calls will be made prior to the delivery.

Should there be no one at the door upon delivery, our third-party delivery driver will attempt to call you when our driver is at your door. Our driver will leave the cake at your door should you remain uncontactable and a proof of delivery will be sent to you. Please ensure that the item is refrigerated AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as it will not hold up under the hot weather.

Should there be any wrong address given resulting to an unsuccessful delivery or any delivery amendments in less than 24 hours prior to delivery, there will be a charge of $25. This fee will be non-negotiable.

Appreciate your kind understanding on this as our delivery person needs to run to the next place of delivery in order to fullfill the orders in time as well! 

Unfortunately, due to the amount of deliveries we have we are unable to drop a call/message prior to the delivery.

1 point will be earned for every $1 spent.

Every 100 points earned will entitle you to a $5 voucher redemption.

Points will be credited into your account within 3 working days from your chosen date of delivery/collection. 

Points accumulated will have a validity of 6 months

Redemption can be made upon check out. 

You can redeem via the "reward points" box. A minimum of 100 points is required in order to redeem and a maximum of 1000 points is allowed per redemption. 

Point redemptions should be in deniminations of 100 in order to be eligible, any other amount keyed in (e.g 150) will not be able to be detected by the system

Unfortunately, we are unable to give any award points once payment for the order has been made.

Postponement of Cake

7 days prior (excluding date of cake):

-  Non-refundable

-  Postponement to be made within 30 days from delivery/collection date

4 days prior  (excluding date of cake):

-  Non-refundable

-  50% cancellation charge (of total amount paid)

-  50% store credit (of total amount paid) 

-  Store credit to be used within 30 days from cake collection/delivery date

3 days prior  (excluding date of cake):

-  Non-refundable

- 100% cancellation charge (total amount paid)

- No store credit will be offered

Cake cancellations are not allowed, however, you can postpone the cake to another date as long as postponement is made at least 7 days in advance (excluding the date of your cake collection/delivery)
